As far as your survey, the first few questions wont give you very fair results considering you will have many ppl from facebook taking the survey after you asked them to on facebook.

I didn’t recall how I had my settings set, since it was some time ago that I created the fb account. I took this opportunity to tighten up some of my settings, but used my old settings for the survey.

In your account privacy settings, is your PHOTOS AND VIDEOS TAGGED OF YOU available to:

There was no option for no one. I don’t let any one see tagged pics etc.
